Cancellation policy
Cancellation notice
We are require a minimum of 24 hours notice for an appointment to be cancelled or rescheduled. If you have an emergency which means you are unable to attend, please contact me.
Late cancellation fee
If you cancel or reschedule your appointment without notice or do not attend your appointment without contacting me, a no-show fee will be charged to your account of 50% of the service value. This will be charged on your stored debit or credit card.
Rescheduling
Clients who wish to reschedule their appointment can do so without incurring a cancellation fee if the request is made within the specified time frame.
Exceptions
Exceptions may be made for documented emergencies or sudden illnesses. Please contact me as soon as possible in such cases.
